On May 17-19, the international exhibition “Breakbulk Europe 2022” took place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in which Latvian transport industry participated under the single brand VIALATVIA. “Breakbulk” is a global industry gathering platform with 120 countries represented. Exhibitors include cargo owners and carriers, as well as ports and port terminals.
The Latvian stand was represented by Ventspils Freeport Authority, Liepāja Special Economic Zone Authority and SJSC “Latvijas dzelzceļš” with companies. Several Latvian transport and logistics companies participated in the exhibition as visitors. It was the first-time taking place in this exhibition for the first time. The representatives of the companies evaluated this experience very positively.
